New IR Workout Introduced

In preparation of the Integrated Resorts rolling our way soon, PODAH introduces the new IR workout, which will be practiced daily after school assembly (for students) and before knocking off from work (for adults). This workout, done holding a 2.5kg dumbbell, involves extending your right arm fully for 3 seconds and then bringing your elbow down to your side for 3 seconds.
3 sets of 12 reps a day will be sure to bring out the Jackpot King in you.
