Be part of 2009 Blogger Calendar!

This form is for those who would like to be part of the 2009 Blogger Calendar Project which Pat Law suggested and Willy Foo will be doing the shoots. A group shot of all bloggers whose birthday fall in that month will be shot and your face will appear on the page for the month. It'll be a fun project!
