IMF/WB summit ends; so, did they like it?

So the IMF/WB conference has finally come to an end, and with it the associated panoply of hard work surrounding the need to get things running like clockwork. The million dollar question is: despite the PR fiasco, did the delegates at least enjoy themselves here?
Recommended by tinkertailor: "Interesting comments from some delegates."

Analysing the Forum
lzydata said:
I will see for this week how many Forum letters have pitifully little forum-ic characteristics: the exchange of ideas or perspectives. I have tried to work consistently and rigorously in coming up with a typology and categorising letters...Complaints - originals, replies, responses - make up 48% of all the letters (39% of the off- and online letters, 56% of the online-only letters). Queries - originals and replies - make up a further 20% of the total (26% and 15% respectively).
Recommended by popagandhi: "lzydata analyses letters to the ST forum and classifies them: complaint, reply to complaint, response to complaint, query, reply to query, bulletin, contribution, making a table of each type from Monday to Wednesday (and will continue to do so for the rest of the week). It's spot on!"
