Can anyone pleae help Roger Foo?

Obviously SMRT has not thought about the consequences about such enforcement. Sad to say, it is almost discriminatory to diabetic patients under such scenarios!

Fined for parking in front of his house

Seah Chiang Nee said:

Seow’s ordeal began last year when he received a S$50 (RM115) fine for parking in front of his Katong home, something he and his neighbours had been doing for years.

“There were no double yellow lines outside anywhere,” he explained.

Thinking it was a mistake, he wrote to the authorities asking for a waiver.

“My car was obstructing only the entrance to my house. It was obstructing only me,” he said. It was turned down.

Meanwhile, he received a second summons for the same offence. He went to court and lost, incurring a fine of S$1,400 (RM3,220) and S$8,000 (RM18,400) in legal fees.

Temasek made another big investment blunder

Temasek has made another investment blunder again for Shin Corp. This time, one of the entity under Shin Corp, ITV has been fined by the authorities for 3.1 billion SGD for unauthorised programme changes. It is interesting to know that Temasek bought over the shares of Shin Corp fully aware of ITV risks which already had this problem since last year. It will be interesting to see if Temasek write off this investment or to pump in more money to rescue it from bankruptcy.

More of my contributing tax (and yours) is now in a bottomless pit. To think that they do not allow us to critiscise when constructive comments. So, if they made one big boo-boo, can we comment?
