Violence in Singapore

I received this video from a mine whose friend was beaten up in Singapore. There were a dispute going on between some guys and he was nearby watching, and one of the guys came to him and started shouting at him. Being a tourist, he did not do or say anything, and the guy started throwing punches, which turned into kicks. Apparently, there was a police nearby who suggested my friend's friend to just let go of this matter. Singapore - should I be proud being a Singaporean?

PPCSG member Jackals reports a video showing 2 guys fighting at the bus stop near Sim Lim.

Happened at on bus 28 at a bus stop outside Sim Lim Square, 10 Feb 2007, 2.30pm...There must be some pushing and shoving inside the bus, just before the bus stopped...

Yuhui witnesses a fight while having dinner and gives us an account of the whole episode.

All of a sudden, Heineken-clutching male ran up and -- holy cow! -- smashed his bottle on the other male's head from behind!...The bottle shattered on impact, sending shards all over...But a few shards were just millimetres from my foot!
