Lam reveals his secret chilli crab recipe:
1. 1kg of small to medium size crabs (about 7 - 10 pieces @$14.00 ~ $20.00 per kg)
2. Lee Kum Kee or Wo Hup Superior Oyster Sauce 5 tablespoon
1. Mix items 2 - 11 into a large Chinese soup bowl and stir well, to dilute mixture, you have choice of either normal plain water (to cater to undiscerning crowds) or use a mixture of chicken stock with yellow beans (pre-prepared) (to cater to the true blue Singaporean Chilli Crab lover)
