If you drive a car and you meet with an accident, you face a dilemma. Which party is at fault? Do you want to settle the liability on the spot, or leave it to your insurance company to handle?

Town Council is helping- and has helped with cleaning.

Mr Palmer, the MP of our constituency will be coming down tomorrow- Mum wasn't feelin' too well today and re-scheduled the visit.

The electrician would come at 9AM tomorrow.

Cleaners would arrive around 12PM, if memory still serves me well.

Nice Jia Ru volunteered to help me from the morning. I owe her big-time for that.

I would have to call YJC tomorrow, and inform my CT.

Cabby knock down Alex Lim

Good Shit Happens said:

"apparently, a cab knocked into his car on monday night. alex got out to talk to the cabbie, who refused to talk to him and wanted to drive off. the silly boy went to stand in front of the cab to stop the bastard. guess what the cabbie did?

he floored the accelerator.

...alex flew off and hit his head very hard. his brain has swollen. what i heard in the arvo was that surgeons were intending to remove part of his brain due to the damage. what i also heard was that he is in such a bad condition that they are considering pulling the plug."

The last thing I heard, was that "if he does survive this week, there is the question of whether he would ever wake up."

Recommended by Anonymous Coward: "Pray for him."

MRT track accident again!!!

Tamago said

A track accident occurred at 6.48am at Yishun MRT and service was disrupted until 8.15am between Sembawang and Yio Chu Kang.

SMRT personnel were quick to resume service within an hour and a half by first moving the body and keeping it below the platform gap while they put powder to prevent it from decaying as train services continued. The body was eventually removed at 9.47am and promptly sent to the mortuary via a police van.

When a tree falls

tinkertailor said:

When a tree falls in the middle of a forest, nobody knows, and nobody cares.

But when a tree falls onto a 3-lane road and a car crashes into it and traffic is completely blocked for the next 3 hours, things get slightly more complicated.

Which is what took place on Clementi Road between Maju Camp and SIM (Singapore Institute of Management) about 6pm today.

Here’s what happen.

I was happily driving along Upper Serangoon road heading towards work on a straight road when I arrived at the Junction where Upp Serangoon Rd meets Potong Pasir Ave and Wan Tho Ave…
Mr-No-Good-Blind-as-bat-fat-as-hell-should-be-brought-to-shoot-dead-bad-driver-muther-farker did a very clever move and slam’d right into my car from the driver side.

Be prepared for strong language, as the blogger was quite displeased about the accident.
