The Tricks and Tactics of MLMs and Venture Era Group

Mister Po said:

They stress the main intention is to benefit your family, after all, they are selling healthcare products. This, combined with their peculiar way of gauging business confidence, and their charismatic trait, would spin off a pretty much hard-to-argue, if not rhetorical set of questions like,

“Are you confident in the products that you are selling?” “Are you confident enough to sell this to your family?” “Do you think our products can benefit people?” “Do you love your family?” “Would you want them to benefit from using our products?” “Would you sell this to your family then?

Recommended by Anonymous Coward: "This commentary is one of the many negative posts about Venture Era. But it is also one of the very few that analyse the sales tactics employed by the corporation, and discuss the dangers associated with them. In this article the writer highlights the sneaky behaviours of the staff, debunks the too-good-to-be-true payout structure, warns of overambitious youths from joining the company, and questions the stability of the organisation, which in his humble opinion, resembles a pyramid scheme. An insightful and subtly funny post, this post will definitely change the minds of naive teenagers who would otherwise fall prey to evils of an MLM company."

What I feel is you guys have no idea how Venture Era works. You know, dere are reasons why V.E is an establish company wif 8 years of experience. And scamming ppl is not one of them.In MLM,there is a natural elimination process, where only the strong will stay.

1)About the car thingy,to be in that position is tough.Since its an incentive, dere are certain targets tt u have to fulfil. And wen u do,u will get the car forever,u noe why? This is a business,U CANT QUIT.u go out, take 5 years break and come back,u will still be forever the business group manager(BGM) in the company.

2)One of the many reasons we thrived is the fact tt we are seLling healthcare products. That means we will nvr ever get out of trend. Its not like we are selling perfumes or a car.Health is not a luxury.I know it works because I myself had seen a black and white pathology report to prove its effectiveness.Ok fine.Maybe u tink its a cheat. But i have seen da health analysis done on one of my customer b4 and after 3 months, her health really improve.and yes ppl,its MY AUNTIE.my family members.u got a prob wif dat?

3)Its not a stable job. That i agree. But tell me,which business is ever stable.Banks wif big names get bankrupt overnight. We can never put a guarantee on this kind of thing. There's a risk.Always is.Its a matter if you are willing to take it or not.So you misinformed bunch of ppl who barely get through the training days, you guys dun even noe wat u are missing.

4)Lastly,oh god to see how you guys complain on "ppl at the bottom have to suffer for the people at the top bla bla bla".Tell me,who will put time and effort to train you up so that you can get promoted? Trainings are free. The skills given to you are free. And remember ,there is always a catch. When u close a deal, your "top" ppl will get sum a very small percentage. Why?Because he had train you to become good at what you are.If he is a Business Manager(BM) that means he is also training you to become a BM.So ,isnt it a win-win situation?

5)V.E feels that having youngsters adds a WOW factor to the company. Our Car achiever average age group is around 20 to 23 years old. They usually start when they are 18 too.
If we have a car achiever that is 40 to 50 years old, isnt dat common? And we are teaching skills that anybody can learn.
P.S-We are a proud member of C.A.S.E and hav have an ISO 900 certificate to boast about. Not including a cert frm Japan to certify the benefits of our product.
