Naming the New University
Ministry of Education said:
The Ministry of Education invites you to suggest a name for the new university!Singapore's new publicly-funded university will open its doors to students in 2011. It will provide rigorous and high-quality innovative degree programmes to students who want to learn across disciplines, hone their entrepreneurial skills, and be well-prepared for successful careers in the global knowledge economy.
Suggested names should be befitting of a premier educational institution in Singapore, and could reflect the qualities we hope to see in the new university and its students.
