That is also the primary reason why I left America after my study there, despite not having any bonds, despite the lure and temptation of money, cars and houses, and despite the glitter and shimmer of it all. There's an utter lack of compassion, humanity and basic human decency there. We will, in our lifetime, see the fall of a great empire just like that of Rome.

uhm. were you in the U.S. or in Iraq with deranged soldiers? the U.S. i know - where i study and work - have some of the most compassionate humanists i've ever met.

maybe all you met were drunk college frat boys and skanky sorority girls. those well, are just f**king asshats normal americans love to hate too.
