What we put up on the web reflects on ourselves. No doubt the policeman should not sleep on the job (maybe he wasn't), there is a possibility that he was really tired or even sick and dosed off unintentionally. In this case, putting his picture up might just cost him his job. Regardless of motivation, not considering the deeper implications for others is just blatant selfishness, for a moment's cheap thrill.

According to the linked-within-the-link original STOMP report, the fella who took the photo and video noted that this khooning-in-one-corner was a regular occurrence. I neither think it is selfish, nor a cheap thrill in any way, if this was the case.
