Singapore to Host Star-Studded Concert for World's Disadvantaged Kids

SINGAPORE (AP) - A star-studded concert to raise money for disadvantaged children will be held in Singapore on Oct. 1 and broadcast around the world, organisers said.

The "Listen Live'' concert will feature 60 international film stars, music stars and dignitaries, and will be held in Singapore's largest outdoor arena, the National Stadium.

It will be broadcast live to 500 million people in 80 countries, according to the London-based Listen Charity.
