yes,Lim chu kang near Neo Tiew road and the guy with a back pack is a pimp Who want to get business for his Girls but was caught by the management there.
Basically the management is telling the pimp not to solicit business there as they have been warned by the home team perhaps kena fined before.
They fight because the guys there are witing to be serviced.
