Please help lookout out for these 2!

EDMW member eddypsp is seeking help to look for these 2 kids who stole games from his shop.

The two boys were clinically depressed at the time and the theft was a 'cry for help' as they was in a weak state of mind due to depression and stress.

They came from a good background: have a high professional standing and had been of impeccable character before the incident.

'It does not pay them to take such a great risk and gain so little.'

the case was 'exceptional'

they 'was not fully aware of the consequences of his conduct'.

This sort of things only applies to members of the elite class, eg. if your uncle is a PAP MP or the chairman of UOB something like that. For the rest of you peasant, laws are strictly enforced to keep you in line.
