I applaud the Burmese people and the monks for the courage to stand up against their oppressive military rulers. This is a country that has been run by the military since 1968 and I don't see the junta quiting its power anytime soon....

And how is this related to Singapore?

The bullets that will tear through the bodies of the monks, the weapons that fire these bullets, the money used to buy these weapons are all made possible courtesy of the PAP government.

Singapore Technologies manufactured and sold the ammunition while GIC laundered the drug money used to pay for them:

The leaders of military junta, monsters like Than Shwe, have had their lives prolonged thanks to doctors in the SGH --- who can't cope with the volume of local patients but are ever ready to service the tyrants in the VVIP ward:

And when they fall out of power, they can count on their cronies in the PAP government to provide them (and the money they looted) with a safe haven:

I really hope the people, with the help of the monks can really say "bye bye" to military rule. They deserve to live in a country that truly belong to them.

History shows that the country and its constitution belong to victors, and not victims

May the force be with you, our brave & noble monks in Burma .......

As a Singaporean of Burmese origin, thank you very much for your concern and support on Burmese people.

Please help us to urge Singapore government to ban entry visas for travel, medical treatment, work and study of the immediate familes of the officials, cronies Burmese (Myanmar) businessmen and the officials themselves except for official visits.

FYI, Singapore is the safe haven for shopping, vacation, medical tourism, and work, study and investment destination of business and power elite who exploit 50 Millions of Burmese people.
