GEMS my ass

Even as you politely thank the customer service officer, you find yourself wondering why did UOB not deploy more manpower to the processing department to deal with the surge....

The woes of those who willingly succumb to the temptations of glitzy marketing without checking out the terms of endearment.

Date Occured : In Singapore on 16 September 2006.
Subject Matter : Rude RealtorHub Housing Agent

What Happened :
I called Mr Jimmy Chow of RealtorHub in response to his advertised HDB flats for view. Yes, he is a housing agent and on his ad claimed that he is top producer ( should be top sales) and has a degree from NTU Bachelor in Accountancy.

My call to him was my first and I introduced myself and explained to him the reason for my call (response to his classified ad). He shouted at me and exclaimed that he does not like my name and have had many calls from the same name before but that person claimed that he did not call. He then shouted at me and said that he will check his database of 3 years and call me back. Next thing i know he slammed down the phone.

Well, this is good service for you from top producer of realtorhub in Singapore.

This is the website and scroll down to have a good look at his face. Alternatively, turn to page C50 of the Straits Times Classified under Properties dated 16 September 2006 and check out his classified advertisement. Look out for the Top Producer!!!

Good luck to him

you should tell him that you don't particularly like his name as well! What's with Jimmy Chow...the name sounds so fake i believed just created just this position.
Call him and give him a piece of your mind!
My experience with agents is that they artifically increase price of the unit by managing their clients both buyer and seller. CROOKS!

tis ah huay writing in. i checked his photo leh in the realtorhub website. mr jimmy chow so beng. forgive him lah for his lack of common sense n treating customers so bad. he can't help it lah. oh jimmy chow the beng. i feel for u lah, ah beng must act like dat right?
