It is quite pointless for the PAP to crack down on the Internet -- it only spoils their international reputation. This spells good news for our freedom of speech.

What is meant by a good and responsible blogger? If you praise someone, this person does not necessarily think you are good. Similiarly someone you criticise wil not dislike you. But in Singapore, a good blogger must not engage in "untruths" or " half truths". mrbrown can only explain what these words meant.
