DIY denim skirt

Serendipity said:

Making a pair of denim skirt from jeans may seem easy, but when it comes to nitty gritty modifications to make it the perfect-looking skirt requires some thought. For example, you shouldn't make skirts out of jeans that are tight/leg-hugging. Secondly, do not cut the jeans too short in the first step, or you will definitely regret modifiying it in the first place. And thirdly, take note of whether your bottom is a high-waist or low-waist pair of jeans. Lastly, constantly put on the skirt-in-progress work to ensure that the cloth will be pieced to perfection.
