Singapore Students Invent Waterless Washing Machine

Yeah, the industrial design people rox! Had a couple of friends who were/are in that faculty and they are really creative, creative types, not in the sense that they are "taught" creativity.. they just are!

This is something that i got to see... I would like to know more about the concept: how does it work, how safe is this cleaning method and how efficient. This could be a great alternative to classic washer parts. I am also curious about the costs involved.
