On hindsight, I should had said yes and make them embarrased. Their attitude is really too bad. No one deserved to be scolded for their mistakes. No wonder no one wants to stay long in the service sector. Who can stand such unreasonable people? I would rather stare at assembly line and assemble Philips TV sets instead.
