This lady scared the shit outta several passengers on board the train towards City Hall two days ago when she started to YELL at people who crossed her path. Everytime someone walked past her, she's raise her voice and yell at the person before continuing to mumble silently to herself, while the poor innocent passenger walkes briskly away in shock and bewilderment.
